THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Petition of IRA M.
McALPIN, JR. for discharge, and it appearing to the Court by virtue
of a Receipt filed by L. P. (SAM) S-IEBERT that the Trustee has fully
complied with the Order to Disburse Trust Assets entered herein.
January 9, 1976, and the Court being advised in the premises,
IT IS TI~REFORE ORDERED that IRA M. McALPIN, JR., is hereby
_ discharged as Successor-Trustee of the Trust Under the Will of
CORI~LIA F. SIEBERT, deceased, and he is discharged from further
' liability as Successor-Trustee.
