That ELLA MAE GREENE, mother of the deceased, is to aged
to serve as Administratrix in this Estate and has agreed and
consented to this Petitioner, her son, CARL C. TERRELL, to serve
as Adminitrator of this Estate. A copy of her Consent for
Appointment of Administrator is attached hereto and made a part

Your Petitioner-, CARL C. TERRELL, to the best of his infor-
" mation and belief, says:
1. Petitioner resides at 3130 Gilbert Street, Savannah,
Georgia 31401, and whose post office address is Savannah State
College, Savannah, Georgia 31401.
2. That EDDIE MAE BLACKMAN a/k/a E. M. BLACKMAN, died ~
intestate at Fort Pierce Memorial Hospital on July 7, 1974, and
~ at the time of her death was domiciled at 419 N. 9th Street,

~ Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, and a resident of St. Lucie County,

~ Florida. -

~ 3. At the time of death, decedent was 53 years of age

~ and owned a certain estate, situate and being in St. Lucie
~
~ County, Florida consisting of personal property in the approx-

~ imatie value of $5,000.00, and to the best of Petitioner's infor-

~ matioinand belief, real estate situate in Brevard County, Florida

~ of the aggregate estimated value of_ $5,000.00; that the estimated

~ value of both real and personal property is $10,000.00.
