t Fort Pierce, Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be our Joint ~ ~

' and Mutual Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils ~
~ heretofore made by us or either of us. ~ '

~ FIRST: Each of us directs that our respective just debts and funeral ~

~ expenses be paid as soon as may be convenient after our decease. ~ ~

~ SECOND: Each of us gives, devises and bequeaths unto the survivor ~
' of us, all of the property of which either of us shall die seized or possessed, ;
~ whether real, personal or mixed and wheresoever the same may be situate.

' THIRD: We hereby nominate, constitute and appoint the survivor of ~ `

~ us as Executor or Executrix, as the case may be, of this our Joint and Mutual ;

: Last Will and Testament and we specifically direct that the survivor of us acting

I ~ in the capacity of Executor or Executrix be not required to furnish any bond or ~

FOURTH: If we should die simultaneously or as the result of a '

~ ~ common accident or disaster involving both of us, then we each give, devise and

bequeath all of the property of which either of us shall die, seized or possessed, ~

; whether real, personal or mixed, and wheresoever the same may be situate, ;

~ ' unto the children of the Testatrix, RALPH WRIGHT, presently residing at 623 ~

; South Second Street, in Coshocton, Ohio and SHIRLEY McLAIN, presently (

~ ; residing at 183 South Oakdale in Kankakee, Illinois, to be theirs absolutely and 1
