FIFTH: In the event that this document is probated as the Last Will i

and Testament of the survivor of us, or if the same is probated as our Joint
and Mutual Last Will and Testament following our simultaneous deaths, then, • '
and in either of such events we hereby nominate, constitute and appoint the ~
aforesaid RALPH WRIGHT as Executor of this our Joint and Mutual Last Will

and Testament and we specifically direct that he not be required to furnish any ~

bond or other security as such. ~

SIXTH: We direct that ROYCE R. LEWIS, a practicing attorney in i
Fort Pierce, Florida act as the attorney for our estate and aG attorney for the
person who ultimately qualifies as Executor hereunder.
