1976, upon Defendant's Motion to Vacate Summary Final Judg-

Nohrr of Nohrr and Nohrr appeared on behalf of the Plaintiff,
and William F. Willes of Willes, Bittan & Willes appeared on
behalf of the Defendant. After hearing argument of counsel
and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant's Motion to Vacate
Summary Final Judgment be, and the same is hereby denied.
