~ THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before me on January 20,
1976, upon Defendant's Motion to Dismiss the Complaint filed ;

herein. D. A. Nohrr:of Nohrr and Nohrr appeared for the -
Plaintiff, and Wi~liam F. Willes of Willes, Bittan & Willes
appeared for the Defendant. The Court, after hearing argu-
ment of counsel and being fully advised in the premises,
finds that the Motion should be denied; it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant's Motion to Dismiss
be, and the same is hereby denied. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant shall have ten (10)

f days from the date of the entry of this Order in which to
~ file its answer or otherwise plead. ~
