THIS LEASE, made the 31st day of December, 1974, between
SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, acting under authority of those
certain Trust Agreements in which PAUL R. HOSKiNS and JEAN P.
HOSKINS, his wife, are Grantors and the said Sun Bank of St.
Lucie County is Trustee, dated the 31st day of December, 1974,
recorded in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
hereinafter referred to as "Lessor", and PAUL R. HOSKINS, D.D.S.,
P.A., hereinafter referred to as "Lessee".
W I T N E S S E T H:

The Lessor hereby leases and demises to the Lessee the
real property lying and being in the County of St. Lucie and
-State of Florida, being the premises situate at 706 South 6th
Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, more particularly described as

to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, page 49, public

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said premises unto the Lessee for a
term of three years from the f irst day of January, 1975 to and

PROVIDED ALWAYS that this lease is entered into upon the
