LUCIE COUNTY, acting under authority of those certain Trust Agreements in which PAUL R. HOSKiNS and JEAN P. HOSKINS, his wife, are Grantors and the said Sun Bank of St. Lucie County is Trustee, dated the 31st day of December, 1974, recorded in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "Lessor", and PAUL R. HOSKINS, D.D.S., P.A., hereinafter referred to as "Lessee".
