The defendants ROBERT C. FENDER and SARAH E. FENDER,
his wife, by and through their undersigned attorneys, hereby
move the Court, pursuant to the provisions of F.S. §74.071,
for an order directing that the sum of monev set forth in the
declaration of taking filed herein for Parcel 111 in the amount
of $17,250 be paid forthwith to these defendants from the money
deposited in the Registry of the Court by the plaintiff
Department of Transportation.
