ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
forthwith pay unto the defendants Robert C. Fender and Sarah E.
Fender, his wife, the sum of $17,250, being the sum set forth
for Parcel 111; and it is further
ORDER~D AND ADJUDGED that the payment of these funds from
the funds on deposit in the Registry of the Court shall in no
~
way impair the right of the defendants Fender et ux to claim ~
full damages for the taking of said parcel at a trial to determine
the value thereof.
