. TEMPORARY ORDER
This matter coming on to be heard on the 27th day of January, ;
1976, upon Motion of the Wife for temporary relief, and the Wife
being present~and represented by counsel, and the Husband being ~
present but not represented by counsel, and the Court having heard ;
testimony, argument of counsel and otherwise being advised in the
premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
(a) That the exclusiv~ possession and use of the couple's
home at 513 North 43rd Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, is temporarily;
awarded to the Wife. The Husband is ordered and directed to
remove F~imself and his personal effects from the dwelling no later ~
than 2:00 P. M., January 28~, 1976. . •
i (b) That temporary custody of the couple's minor children
i
~ is awarded to the Wife, with rights of reasonable visitation
~ -
! reserved to the Husband.

~ (c) That the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $20.00
~
` per week per child commencing Monday, February 2, 1976, as
temporary support for said children, such payments including
statutory Clerk's fees to be made to the Clerk of the Court for

~ distribution to the Wife.
~ (d) That the Husband shall have temporary exclusive use and
~ possession of the couple's camper, which camper he may remove from
~
* the couple's property. _
