This cause came on for trial the Z~ ~ day of January~
1976, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
~ should be dissolved. It is thereupon
!I ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

I~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between
I~ DONALD REAGAN and BULA REAGAN be and the same is hereby dis-
I '
i solved , and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
~ freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
I
~ them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
~ 2. PROPERTY: The Coart finds that the Wife and~
~ Husband purchased a home five years ago at 1910 Delaware Ave.,
~
~ Ft. Pierce, Fla. in the amount of $11,000.00. The Court-finds
~ `
: ~ that the Wife has made the house payments of $105.00 per month
~ ~I
~ !i on the said home for the past Cwo (2) years. The Court finds
I ~
~ the house is presently worth $12,000.00. The Court hereby
~ -
~ ~i awards the Husband's undivided 1/2 equity in the said house,
~ EI
~ which is in the approximate amount of $3,000.00 to the Wife as
~
~ a special equity in said property in the amount of $1,000.00
' (j and rehabilatative alimony in the amount of $2,000.00. The

~ Husband is hereby ordered to execute a quit claim deed to the
~ ~ Wife conveying the home to the Wife, said home being more parti-
,

~ cularly described as follows:.
