THIS CAUSE came on for trial on the 28th day of
January, 1976, and the Court, having c~iven full consideration

to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court ~
has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this ~

suit; that the relation o€ husband and wife now exists ~
between the parties; and that the marriage between the
~
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. ~
It is thereupon, -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) DISSOLUTION OF MARRIACE. The marriage between
FRED R. IN~LIS and NA.*1CY K. INGLIS be and the same is

~ hereby dissolved, and the Darties and each o.f them are

i • hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrir:iony heretofore
~ existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~

~ (2) PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement

~ admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated by re'erence ~
and the parties are ordered to comnly with the nrovisions
