THIS CAUSE coming on this day to be heard upon the Petition -
of GEORGS 1d. HOOR, Vice President and Trust Officer of FIRST NATIONAL
BANK OF FORT PIERCE, as Administrstor Cum Testameato Annexo under the
Last Will and Testament of BLANCHE A. HERRON, deceased, and it appearing
to the Court that GEORGE W._ MOOR, Vice President and Trust Officer of
FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, has satisfactorily administered all the

goods, chattels, rights and credits of the decedent, and has distributed
the assets of this estate in accordance with the prior Order of this Court;
that it having been made to appear that the beneficiarq of this estate
has consented to the discharge of FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE as
Administrator Cum Testamento Annexo of said estate; and that GEORGE W. ,
MOOR, Vice Presid~ent and Trust Officer of FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT '

PIERCE, as Administrator Cum Testamento Annexo of the herein estate has t

performed all other acts necessary to its Final Discharge, and there ;
being no objections to the entry of this ~rder, and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is therefor, upon consideration,
