5. EMILY MAY PEED BEACOM whose address is above set forth is
entitled to preference in appointment as personal representative because
she is the nominated personal representative in decedent's Last Will
and Testament dated July 3, 1975, the original of which is filed with
this petition.
6. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of
decedent subsequent to the Will herein offered for probate.
7. This estate consists of real property located in St. Lucie
County, Florida, of the approximate value of 595,000.00 , cash in the
amount of $ 8,000.00 , and personal property consisting of stocks,
and tangible personal property of the approximate value of $ 5,000.00 .
8. Petitioner requests that decedent's Last Will and Testament
dated July 3, 1975, be admitted to probate and record and that EMILY MAY ~
PEED BEACOM be appointed personal representative without bond of the estate
of.the above decedent.
UNDER penalty of perjury I declare that I have read the foregoing and
the facts alleged are true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
