Florida Corporation, CATHERINE A. GRANGER, individually
and as AdminisCratrix c.t.a. of the Estate of Robert J.
Grang~r, deceased, first party, to FIRST j~ISC0~ISIN MORTGAGE
TRUST, a Massachusetts Business Trust, whose post o£fice ~
