THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing before the Court
on December 22, 1975, on the motion to transfer funds filed on
behalf of Loretta E. Wagner, and the Court t
-having noted the stipulation by counsel for entry
of this order, and being fully advised in the premises, it is
hereby -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
; ~ 1. That the sum of Fourteen Thousand and 00/100 ($14,000.00)
~ Dollars presently held by the Clerk of this Court in his registry

~ account pursuant to this Court's order dated November 10, 1975 €
