7. The Federal income tax liability, if any, on the interest ~

paid by Southern F'ederal Savings and Loan Association direct to
Nicholas U. Wagner and Helen W. Waqner, his wife, shall be ~
exclusively that of Loretta E. Wagner.
8. T'his Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause
and the parties hereto for the entry of such other and further
orders as shall be needed to carry out the terms and conditions i
