Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted promptly to JOYCE P. HUTCHINSON. In addition there is
hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each
payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money
order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the
~lerk of~this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at
all times while this order is in effect.
The child support shall continue until minor child reaches ~
eighteen (18) years and/or marries or becomes self-sufficient, whichever
first occurs.
The Husband shall be responsible for necessary and reasonable -
medical attention incurred by the minor child during dependency.
As additional child support the exclusive possession of the ~

Lots 13 and 14, GARDENVILLA SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof recorded in plat Book
9, Page 61 of the Public Records of St. .
Lucie County, Florida
shall be granted to the Wife during the dependency as above described
of the minor child that exist. During this period of dependency, the
Husbazd shall make payment of the mortgage to Citizens Federal Savings
and Loan Association of St. Lucie County; together with the home i.mprovement
loan payment, aIl ad valorem real property taxes and insurance,~"ot utiiity~

The exculsive possession of the marital home is granted to the
Wife for an additional period of three (3) years from the termination of
the herein described minor child's dependency; provided the Wife has not
remarried. During this period of time the Husband shall make all payments
to the first mortgage held by Citizens Federal together with home improve-
ment laan, real estate taxes and insurance relating to the said premises.
This additional three (3) years exclusive possession and the benefit of
payments by the Husband shall be considered alimony and/or support to
Wife, which shall terminate upon her remarriage during said period.
