In the event the Wife has not remarried, her right to exculsive possession
and the Husband's duty to make payments aforesaid shall terminate three (3) j

years from date of termination of the minor child's dependency and <

thereafter the parties shall be equal tenants in com~non to said real ~
property and either party shall have the right to partition.
The Wife shall be entitled to the 1974 Pontiac automobile and
Husband shall execute documents of title to all his right. title and

interest in said automobile to Wife. ~

The Husband shall be entitled to receive the 1970 pick-up
trtick and Wife shall execute all documents of title to con~ey all her ;
right, title and interest to Husband. ;

The Husband shall c~onvey to the Wife all furniture or interest s

therein located in the marital home to Wife.
The Husband shall be entitled to receive ~ guns and tools
which shall be•delivered to Husband.
4. FEES A~IIL~STS: The Husband shall pay the Wife's attorney,
CHARLES A. SULLIVAN, for attorney fees incurred by Wife in the sum of
$500.00; together with taxable costs, if any, incurred by Wife.
5. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby enjoined
and restrained from interferring with, harassing or annoying, the other.
6.~ JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the-parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
