RESOLUTION N0. 76-9 3'~~•Q.~j `
SATISFACTION OF LIEN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. lucie
County pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 65-2181, Laws of
Florida, 1965, on the 20th day of November, 1975 filed a lien -
against any property owned by TAMMY SHEATS, 601 N. 14th St., Ft.
Pierce, Fiorida, in the amo~nt of ~731.44, said lien being
recorded in OR Book 246, page 71 of the public records of St.
lucie County, Florida, and ~ ;
WNEREAS, said lien has been paid in full and should be
discharged and satisfied of record.
NOW, THEREFOR~, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this
~ 27th day of ~anuary , 1976 that said Board does hereby acknowledge ~
the payment and satisfaction of said lien.and directs the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of said County to cancel the same of record.
