MODIFICATION AGREEMENT +
TNIS MODIFICATION AGREEMENT, made this 22nd day of
January , 19 76 , between INDIAN RIVER FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
LQAN ASSOCZATION, a United States corporation, hereinafter called ~ ;
Mortgagee, and Emerson Hall. Jr. and Marv Lee Hall, his wife

hereinafter called Mortgagor ,WITNESSETH:
\ WHERFAS, Mortgagor executed a mortgage to Mortgagee on

~ properCy described in said mortgage, which mortgage is dated

~ December 9, 1975 , and recorded Januarv 8, 1976 ,
~ in Official Record Book 247 , page 1266 , public records of

~ St. Lucie County, Florida, and which mortgage secures a

~ note dated December 9, 1975 , in the original principal sum of
t $ 15,500.00 ~ , and which note provides for monthly install-

~ ments of $ 141.96 , beginning on the First day of Februarv
c- , 19 76 , and further provides that any remaining indebt-
-~_Y edness, if not sooner paid, shall be due and payable on the First

day of Januarv 1996 ; and,
; WHEREAS, it is the desire of all parties hereto that the

; payment dates as recited in said note be changed;

~ NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable considerations, it is .

hereby mutually agreed that the abovementioned note be reforaned to
the extent that the first monthly installment-is due and payable on ~
the First day of March , 19 76 , and further that
any remaining indebtedness, if not sooner paid, shall be due and pay-
~ able on the First day of February, 1996
The parties hereto further covenant and agree that all teYms
~ and conditions of said mortgage and note dated December 9 ,

~ 19 75 , shall remain in full force and effect and that nothing

herein contained shall in anywise_impair, alter or diminish the terms

~ or conditions, lien or encumbrances of said mortgage and note other ~
