17iIS CAUSS CAMB on before this Court to be heard upon the
Petition of the former Wife for an order adjudicating the fonaer
huaband in contempt of Court for violations of the terms of the Order
of Judgment entered on J41y 24, 1975. From the testimony, this Court
finda, as a matter of fact, the terma of said order have been
excaeded by payments from the husband not through the Clerk of the
Court. This Court finds that an over-payment has been made of $292. ~
From the evidence presented, the husband has not paid the attorney
~ fees of $350 plus costs of ~30,50. It is, therefore
~ ORDERED_tha[ the hueband is hereby order d to pay the stan

N of $100 each and every month beginning an the day of February,
i
~ 1976, until said sums are paid.
