ORDER
This cause coming on before this Court on January 23, 1976,
to be heard upon the Wife's motion for rehearing on the Order
to vacate and set aside of the Final Judgment dated October 24,
1975. The Court being fully advised and the Wife being repre-
sented by J. Michael Brennan, the Husband being represented by
C. R. McDonald, it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that commencing on the 2nd day of
February, 1976, Louis Johnson shall pay to Corine B. Johnson
the sum of $25.00 on the 15th and the 2nd of every month
thereafter for the support of the wife named above for six
months. Each payment shall be made to the clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to Corine B. Johnson. In addition

i there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs
~ added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be
made in cash, money order, or cashiers check. Both of the
~ parties are nrdered to keep the Clerk of this Court appraised
of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while
this order is in effect. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband, Louis Johnson, is
to pay the law firm of Smith and~Brennan $25.00 a month
~ commencing on February 2, 1976 and continuing each month thereafter
~ -
~ until the total attorney fee of $332.50 is paid in full. It is

~ further
~
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the order entered by this Court
~ on October 24, 1975 is set aside and hereby declared of no force
~
and effect. It is further
~
~ ORDERED.AND ADJUDGED that all other provisions of the Final
~
~ Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage dated September 16, 1975
