WHEREAS, on or about December 1975, the Assignor executed ;
its note to the order of Assignee in the principal amount of Two j
Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($225,000.00), which note ~is
secured by a mortgage recorded in O. R. Book , at Page ,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering all
of Tract "D" according to plat of RIVER PARK UNIT #3 as per plat ;

thereof on file in Plat Book 10 at page 80 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, less and except the lands of MOBILE OIL ;
CORPORATIC~N as recorded in R. Book 201 page 33 and lands of ;

of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and all refer-
ences hereinafter contained mean the mortgage just herein described,

WHEREAS, the Assignor has agreed to conditionally assign the

~ leases hereinafter referred to unto the Assignee, and to give the ;

~ Assignee the assurances hereinafter set forth; _ ~
~ NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars '

~ ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid to
~ the Assignor by the Assignee, simultaneously with the execution
