as security for said mortgage, upon receipt from
the Assignee of written notice to the effect that ~
the mortgage for which the leases have been
assigned as security is in default, to pay to the ~
Assignee all rent, income and profits arising or
accruing under the leases securing the payment
of the defaulted mortgage and to continue to do _
so until otherwise notified by the Assignee.
(c) Nothing herein contained in.this assignment~and _

na act done or omitted by the Assignee pursuant to the ~
powers and rights granted it hereunder, shall be deemed
a waiver by the Assignee of its r-ights and remedies
under the mortgage hereinabove referred to, and this

assignment is made and accepted without prejudice to
any of the rights and remedies possessed by the Assignee
under the terms of said mortgage. -
6. This Assignment shall inure to the•benefit of the Assignee and

any subsequent holder, or holders, of the mortgage hereinabove
referred to, and shall be binding upon the Assignor, its successors
and assigns, and any subsequent owner or owners of any of the mort-
f gaged property.
