The Assignor hereby assigns and transfers to the Assignee

its interest, as Lessor, in and to the following leases: ~
(a) Lease dated May 8, 1974, between General
Development Corporation, as Lessor, and
Bernard D. Ross~, t~.D. , as Lessee, for
that certain space consisting of approx-
imately 907 square feet, in the North Port
Saint Lucie Shopping Center.

(b) Lease dated May 16, 1974, between General ~
D~velopment Corporation, as Lessor, and
Riviera Drugs, Inc., as Lessee, for that
certain space consisting of 1,724 square
feet, in the North Port Saint Lucie
Shopping Center.
(c) Lease dated February 27, 1974, between ~
General Development Corporation, as Lessor,
arid Illene Bozell, d/b/a Magic Mirror
Beauty Salon, as Lessee, for that certain
space consisting of approximately 600 square
feet, in the North Port Saint Lucie Shop-
ping Center. =

(d) Lease dated August 3, 1973, between General
Development Corporation, as Lessor, and
Joseph R. Brooks, Jr., d/b/a Rich's
Barber Shop, as Lessee, for that certain
space consisting of approximately 600 square
feet, in the North Port Saint Lucie Shop-
ping Center.
