hereinafter called the Mortgagors, to GENSRAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION,
a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, with
its permanent post office address at~llll South Bayshore Drive, Miami,

Florida 33131, hereinafter calle8 the Mortgagee.
WITNESSETH, that for good and valuable considerations, and also
in consideration of the aggregate sum named in the promissory note of
even date herewith, hereinafter described, the Mortgagors hereby grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, convey and confirm unto the Mortgagee all
the certain land of which the Mortgagors are now seized and in possession

survey of all of Tract "D" according to plat of RIVER

Florida.
LESS AND EXCEPT the lands of MOBILE OIL CORPORATION as
recorded in O. R. Book 201 page 33 and lands of CHARLES
N, and OLIVE WEBB as recorded in O. R. Book 201 page
1634 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with the tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, and the rents, issues

i and profits thereof, unto the Mbrtgagee, in fee simple.

AND the Mortgagors covenant with the Mortgagee that the Mortgagors
are indefeasible seized of said land in fee simple; that the Mortgagors
have good, right and lawful authority to convey said land as aforesaid;
that the Mortgagors will make such further assurances to perfect the
fee simple title to said land in the Mortgagee as may reasonably be
required; that the Mortgagors hereby fully warrant the title to said

~ land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
~ whomsoever; and that said land is free and clear of all encumbrances,

~ except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1975.

~ PROVID~D ALWAYS, that if said ~iortgagors shall pay unto said
