ON DEMAND UNTIL JUNE 1, 1981, after date, I, we or either of us promise ~
to pay to the order of FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE the sum of
TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS for value received, payable at
300 South Sixth Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, with interest from date
at the rate of nine and three-quarters (9 3/4) per cent per annwn until
paid; interest payable annually. •
If default is made in any payment when due, then at the option
of the holder, and without any other notice-, all the remaining balance
