BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared HTILLIAM R. ALLEN, who upon first being duly sworn, did depose
and WILLIAM R. ALLEN, joint partner in that certain partnership
known as A& W GENERAL STORE and under oath would show:
1. That the said partnership was an.unwritten partnership
and all of the joint partners in said partnership on the date of April
7, 1972, which was the date of conveyance of the following described real

and the partnership consisted of the following sole partners, to-wit:

~ A& W GENERAL STOR~ are: W. J. SCARHOROUGH (33 1/3); BOBBY SCARBOROUGH
(33 1/3); and JACK SCARBOROUGH (33 1/3).
