THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the 20th day of January, A.D. 1976,
by JACKSON P. WIGLEY, joined by his wife, ELLEN E. WIGLEY; WILLIAI?! R.
ALLEN, joined by his wife, BARBARA A. ALLEN; and ARBIE W. ALLEN, joined
by his wife, LUCILLE ALLEN, hereinafter called the grantors, to ERNEST
R. DUNN, whose post office address is Route 3, Box 330, Fort Pierce
Florida 33450, hereinafter called the grantee,
WITNESSETH: That the grantors, for and in consideration of the
sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is here-
by acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, con-
