SOMMER, domiciled and residing in St. Lucie County, Florida, declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament~ hereby revoking any and all prior Wills made by me. FIRST: I direct that all my just debts~ funeral expenses, and expenses of my last illness and costs of administering my estate be paid as soon as practicable after my death, I further direct that my Executor pay all taxes payable by reason of my death, including interest and penalties before any division of my estate. My Executor shall not require my Wife, as to any property, nor any beneficiary under this Will~ as to property passing under this Will~ to reimburse my estate for taxes so paid. SECOND: I give my size 18 Waltham Gold Watch to ROBERT CNARLES SOI~iER ~ son o f ROBERT H. SO~II~IER ~ of Richmond ~ Virginia . THIRD: I give my Perpetual Rolex Wristwatch of KARL SOMMER, son of WILLIAM H. SOMMEER, of Morgantown~ West Virginia. _ FOURTH: I give my Remington Automatic Shotgun, my 22 Rifle, ,my 32 Caliber Beretta Pistol, my Gun Cabinet~ and all my fishing tackle ~ and equipment to WILLIAM H. SOHII~IER, Morgantown, West Virginia. ~ FIFTH; I give my Personal Rings~ Jewelry~ Cuff Links, f f Studs, and Tie Pins to ROBERT H. SOMMEER, Richmond, Virginia. ~ ~ SIXTH: I give my clothes to the SALVATION ARMY. ~ SEVENTH: I give my 12' Aluminum Boat and 3 hp. Chrysler Outboard Motor to TNOMAS N. NICHOLS. EIGHTH: I give my Golf Clubs and Golf Equipment to JOHN H. McCUTCHEON~ Charleston, West Virginia. ' ~ ~ NINTH: I give my Mounted Sheep Head, Goat's Head and ~ Bonefish to WILLIAM H. SOIrIlriER, Morgantown, West Virginia. I~iy Rugs ~ ~ are to be divided equally among my nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and ~ grand-nephews. ~ Y TENTH: The balance of my estate real~ personal and/or ~ ~ mixed, I give to my Wife~ HELEN FISHER SONII~fER, absolutely if she ~ ~ survives me.
