JEURGENS, and~JAKE LOYD, ? ? all of Sutton~ West Virginia, and Frances Stalnaker of Weston~ ~ } West Virginia. ~ (B), I give the sum of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00) to SOIrIl~IER McELWAIN CEMETERY TRUST FUND~ which is to be established ' I by DAVID McELWAIN, in the Home National Bank~ Sutton~ West Virginia. (C) If at the time of my death~ there is a Chapel on South Beach, Fort Pierce. Florida, I give my Electric Organ to ST. ANASTASIA'S PARISH~ for use at this Beach Chapel. If at the time of my death, there is not a Beach Chapel~ then I give my Electric Organ to ST. MARK'S PARISH to be used as the Pastor sees fit. (D) I give the sum of ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1~000.00) to SETON.HILL COLLEGE~ Greensburg~ Pennsylvania. - (E) I give the sum of ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1~000.00) to the Pastor of SAINT ANNE'S PARISH, Webster Springs, West Virginia, for the use and benefit of Saint Anne's Parish. - (F) I give the sum of ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00) to the Pastor of SAINT TAOMAS PARISH, Gassaway~ West Virginia~ for ~ the use and benefit of Saint Thomas Parish. ~ - f ; (G) I give the sum of ONE THQUSAND DOLLARS ($1~000.00) ; E . ~ to the BISHOP OF WHEELING, for the use and benefit of the Children's ~ - ~ Homes throughout the Diocese of Wheeling.
