NINETEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT
SAINT LUCIE COUNTY
WHEREAS, it has been officially made known to me that the Honorable
E. P. DEFRIEST, JR. , a Judge of the County Court
of St. Lucie Count~, of Florida, is unable to.perform the duties of his
office because of disqualification in the case of:
WAYNE R. COMENT & HATTIE 0. WILCHER vs WALTER HARLEY WILLIAMS
CASE NUMBER 76-88-SP
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ~ D. C. SMITH
pursuant to authority vested in me as Chief Judge of the NINETEENTH
Judicial Circuit of Florida, under Rule 1.020, of the Rules of Civil
Procedure, as amended August 11, 1971, do hereby assign and designate _
the Honorable DAVID HARPER, a Judge of the County Court of Martin
County, of Florida, to proceed to the County Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and thereupon to hear, conduct, try and determine the above
cause which shall be presented to him as a temporary judge of said
court, and thereafter to dispose of all matters considered by him
in said case.
The said DAVID HARPER, under and by virtue of the authority hereof,.
li is hereby vested with all and singular'the powers and prer;gatives
