evidence finds and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of
the parties and sub~ect matter of this suit; that the relation
of Husband and Wife now exists betweea the parties; and that the ~
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon:
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGBD as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between
I~ILDRED M. GRIEG$R, and ROBERT R, GRIEGER, be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each ot them are hereby
'F forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing

j between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

(a) The stocks consisting of the followitig: Fairmont
Foods Stock, 4,380 shares; American Fletcher Stock, 400 shares;
~ State Mutual Securities Stock, 1,000 shares; Larwin R. I. Stock,

~ 500 shares; Barnett Winston Stock, 1,000 shares; Allstate Enter- ~

~ (b) The ~dortgage of the husband aad wife by lir. &

~ Mrs. Krueger, in the approximate value of ~6500.00, shall be
