in the State and County aforesaid to take acknowledgments, 3
personally appeared DOROTHY M. KENNADY to me well known and ~
who being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That AZlen C. Kennady and Dorothy M. Kennady, nis
wife were the Grantees in that certain Deed by and between ~

Island Shores, Inc. as Grantor and Allen C. Kennady and Dorothy ;
M. Kennady dated March 7, 1962 and originally recorded in
OR Book 31, at Page 400 and corrected and re-recorded in OR ~
Book 64, Page 182, all being in the public records of St.
- Lucie County, Florida on the following described property, to-wit:

thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Page

2. That Allen C. Kennady and Dorothy M. Kennady were
