This cause coming on to be heard on January 27, 1976,
on the continuation of the Rule to Show Cause Hearing previously
held on December 17th, 1975, and the Court having heard arguments
of counsel for the respective parties involved, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that pursuant to Florida Statute "

733.504 the Executor, BOYCE EIDSON of the above named estate
is hereby removed and he is further ordered to provide an accounting
of the estate according to law; and further that by this Order
neither BOYCE EIDSON nor his bonding company are discharged from
any liability in regard to the above estate and this Court ~
. r
retains jurisdiction of BOYCE EIDSON and his bonding company
until further order of this Court.
