Report and Application for discharge of Eleanor B. Lyon, as Personal
Representative of the above estate and based on the allegations in
the above mentioned pleadings ths Court finds as follows:

Final Report and Application for Discharge has been filed and no
objection thereto has been f iled within the time allowed by law.
