And it appearing unto the court from the accountings
filed herein that the cash now on hand to-wit $4,351.40 is to be
distributed to the beneficiary, Eleanor B. Lyon, and any dividends
and interest thereon, that have accrued since the ~iling of the
Final Report and Application for Discharge, be distributed to the
life beneficiary of the income of said stocks and bonds, Eleanor
B. Lyon.
3. Upon the filing of Proof of making distribution
in accordance with this Order, Letters of Final Discharge shall .
issue to Eleanor B. Lyon, as personal representative of the above
