~ CARL C. TERRELL as Administrator of the Estate of the decease

WHEREAS, ARL C. TERRELL has taken the prescribed oath,
executed the required bond and required acts necessary to
} entitle him to Letters of Administration as the legally

' i qualified Administrator of the Estate of EDDIE MAE BLACKMAN.
f NOW THEREFORE~ I, the undersigned Circuit Judge in

I~ and for this County, by virtue of the power and authority ~

' ~ vested in me by law, do declare, CARL.C. TERRELL to be duly

; qualifed under the laws of the State of FLorida to act as

g Administrator of the Estate of EDDIE MAE BLACKMAN a/k/a E. M.

~ 1 BLACKMAN, with full power to administer that Estate according
~ to law; to ask, demand, sue for, recover and receive the
~ property of the decedent; to pay the debts of the decedent
~ as far as teh assets of the Estate will permit and the law.
