PIERCE's motion to dismiss crossclaim filed by defendants JOSEPH ~

LACH and MARY LACH, his wife, and having duly considered the matter =
and having heard argumnent of counsel, it is hereby
QRDERED that said motion to dismiss crossclaim be and the `
same is hereby denied.
THEREUPON, defendants JOSEPH LACH and MARY LACH, his wife,
made oral motion for leave to amended their crossclaim previously
filed in this cause, and there being no objection by counsel
present, it is further ORDERED that defendants JOSEPH LACH and
MARY LACH, his wife, shall have ten days from date of this order ~ ~

in whic.h to amend their crossclaim and the defendant FIRST FEDERAL ~

SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE shall have 20 days from ;
receipt of same to respond to said Amended Crossclaim. t
