~ STIPULATED MOTION FOR ATTORNEYS' FESS AND COSTS
THYS CAUSE havinq come on upon join~ Motion ~for the entry of
reasonable~attorneys', fees and costs made by the Plaintiff and_the
Defendahts set ~orth hereinbelow, and it appearing to the Court

that the parties were authorized to enter into such Motion, and ~
the Court finding that the compensation to be paid by the Plaintiff
is full, just, and reasonab2e for all parties-concerned, and the
Court being.fully advised in the premises, it is now, therefore,
ORDERED that_Bryan, Koblegard & Brawn; Edgar A. Brown, Esq.,
Attorneys for the above-named D~fendants shall receive the sum of
SIX HUNDRED AND NO/100 ($600.OQ) from the Petitioner as a reasonable
fee for services rendered in this cause and the further sum of
SIX HUNDRED ONE AND FIFTY-FOUR/100 ~($601.54), and Yt is,
ORDERED AND~DIRECTEO that the Clerk of this Court pay to the
above-named attorney(s) the aforesaid sum of TWELVE HUNDRED ONE ~
AND FIFTY-F~UR/lOQ ($1,201.54) from the monies deposited in this
~ cause by the Petitioner(s). ~
