Indrio Corporation-, a Florida corps+s~tian, to John M.~ Scanlon:

in Deed'Book 260, page 279 of the public records of St. T~ucie
County, Florida, wherein the above described real property

3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance,
she was married-to the said John M. Scanlon and that said
