AFFIDAVIT .
STATS OF FLORIDA ~ -
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIL -
Before me, the undersiqned authority, personally
appeared M. A. RAMSEY who, after first being duly sworn~.
~ did depose and say: .
1. That he has personal knowledge of all fa~ts stated
herein. .
2. That Lakeside Garden~, Inc., was organized under ~he
laws of the State of Florida on or about October 29, 1968,
,
and was dissolved by proclamation of the~Governor on or
about October 21,.1974. '
3. •That as President of Lakeside Gardens, Inc., he
presided over a special meetinq of the stockholders and -
directors of said corporation duly held on o= about March
15. -1973.__ -
4. That a plan of liquidation was adopted at said
meeting whereby the officers of said corporation were directed
and authorized to distribute all of the corporation's assets
to`the corporation's stockholders pro rata during the month
~ of March, 1973. ~
~ ~ 5. That at tihe time of such meeting.of the stockholders

~ ~ and directors affiar.t and Phillip P. Zipes were the sole
stockholders of Lakeside Gardens, Inc.
6. That certain warranty de~d from the aforementioned ~
corporation to affiant and the said Phillip P. Zipes dated
March 16, 1973, and recorded on March 30, 1973, in Official ~
Record Book 212 at page 1454 of the public records of St. .
~ Lucie County, Florida, was g~ven in liquidation of said
~ corporation pursuant to resolution of its board of directors

~ adopted at the aforementioned meeting and that such action was .
