THIS AGREEMENT, made thia 19th day of February

hereinafter called Mortgagee, Russell Laird and Roberta Laird,

WHEREAS, on January 12, 1976, Mortga~ee filed a satis-
faction of one~of th~ two (2) mortgages on real property

WHEREAS, in the Satisfaction filed in said Official
. Records Book Mortgagee did satisfy the wrong mortgage executed .
_ by the Mortgagors in that it satisfied the mortgage recorded
in Official Record Book 1$9, page 2437, instead of the mortgage
recordec~ in Off3.cia1 Record Book 189, page 2426, public records

_ of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
WHEREAS~ Mortgagors have requested that Mortgagee
reinstate the mortgage deed recorded in O:R. Book 189, page 2437;
130W, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of $1.00 is
hand paid by Mortgagors to MorCgagee, receipt of which is h~reby
acknowledged, together with the mutual covenants and conditions
contained herein, it is hereby agreed as follows:, ~
- 1. That all of the terms and conditions of the note
and mortgage recorded in Official Record Book 189, page 2437, ~
~ public records of St.- Lucie County, Florida, shall be in full ' t
force and effect and binding upon all the parties hereto; ~
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, said riortgager shall record a satisfaction of
mortgage for that mprtgage deed recarded in O.R. Book 189, page -

2. That the provisions of this agreement shall be
