- DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE a3~~O .
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 24th day of
February, 1976, and the Court having given full consideration tQ all
the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject.matter of this suit; that the relation of ~
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriaqe between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon: .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSQLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
MICHAEL ROBERT McLAUGHLIN and CRYSTAL McLAUGHLIN be and the same is
h~reby dissolved, and the parties and ea~h of them are~hereby ~

~ forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between •

them and from the abligations arising therefrom.
2. P.ESTORATION OF NAME . CRYST,AL McLAUGHLIN l~e and

and to use the same in all respects as if~said-marriage had not .

3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and
the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
