This cause came on for trial this 24th day of February,

1976, an~.the Court having given full consideration to all the ~
evidenre, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and-subject matter of this suit; that the relation of
_
husband~and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
mar~iage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
~ dissolved. It is thereupon _
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The ma~Criage between JACKIE
' RAY HAGOOD and MADELYN JOY HAGOOD, be and-the same is hereby
~ dissolved, and the parties and each of them are herebq forever freed
from the bonds of matrimonq heretofore existing between them and -
~ from the obligations arising therefrom. _
2. The Husband~ JACKIE RAY HAGOOD, shall pay all medical,
hospital and drug expenses relating to the birth of the ~ninor son ~

born to the parties, and all expenses relating to the funeral and (

burial of that child. ' ;

3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of-the parties is hereby en~oined ~
and restrained from interfering with, harassing and annoying the ~

~ _ ORDEREA AND t~DJUDGED that the Sheriff of this County or
any other la~~ ~:*:forc~ment officer is hereby directed to enforc~ the
provisions-of this Restraining Order against the Husband, JACRIE RAY
HAGOOD, upon affidavit being made and filed herein by the Wife
