Florida, to review the Circuit Court's faflure t:~ gran~ the Husband's
Motion for a new trial on the grounds set therein, said Order of
the Circuit Court for St. Lucie Covnty, Florida, bearing the date of
. February 2, 1976 and recorded in 0. R. Book 248, page 865, public
records of St. Lucie Covnty, Florida. The t~ature of the final
` order appealed from is a final order denying the Husband his Motion _
for a ne~w trial for a modification of child support in the above
entitled cause.. All parties to said cause are called upon to take
