MORTGAGOR FUATHEB AGREES: -
1. To make all payments required by that note and this mortgage promptly when due. ~
2. To pay all taxes, asses,sment$, liens ~nd encumbrancea on that property pmmptly when due.- If
they are not_ prnmptly gaid, the Mortgagee may gay them without waiving .the option to foreclose. and such
payments~ with interest thereon fmm the date of payment at th~ same rate as ap¢cified in fhat note, ahall '

3. To commit, permit, or suffer no waste. impairment or deterioration o~ ~ the mortgag~ed propei~ty.
4. To pay all expenses reasonably incun~ed by the Mortgagee because of failure of the Mortgagor
to comply with the agreementa in that note or thia mortgage, including reasonable attorneys' fees. The coat .
thereof~ with interest thereon from the day of payment at t~e aame rate as specified in that note, shall also

~ b. If any payment provided for in that note ia not paid within 30 days after it beoomes due, or if any
