MOBTGAGOR FURTREA AGBEES:
1. To make all paymeats required by t~at note and thia mortgage promptly when due.
2. To pay all taxes, ass~amenta, liens and encumbrances on that property promptly when due. If
they ere not promptly paid, the Mortgagee, may paq them without waiving the option to foreclose. and such
I payments; with interest thereon from the date of parmeat at the same rate as specified in that note. ahall
' also be secured by thia mortgage. -
