MOBT~AGOR FUBTHER AGREES:
1. - To make all paymenta required by that note and this mortgage pmmptly when due.
2. ~ To pay all . taxes. assessments. liens snd encumbrances on that property promptly when due. If.
they are not promptly paid, the Ddortgagee may pay them without waiving the option to foreclose, and such
payments, with interest thereon from the-date of payment at the same rate as apecified in that note, shall ~

3. To commit, permit. or suffer no waste, impaimaent ~or deterioration af the mortgaged property. f
4. To pay all expenses reasonablq incurred by the Mo~agee because of . failure of the Mortgagor
